The Corporate Development team are responsible for growing Paddy Power through acquisition and partnership. Examples of recent initiatives include entering the Australian market by buying majority stakes in the leading local firms Sportsbet and IAS; and entering the French market through a 5 year sports betting partnership with Europe’s largest betting company PMU.
Airton Risk Management is a division of Paddy Power plc. Since its launch in 2007 they have provided clients with almost €50m worth of cover related to the outcome of major sporting events. They provide two main products to their clients
1. Player bonus cover: designed for sports organisations and sponsors
2. Conditional rebates: designed for retailers
They also offer help with Sports Skill Contests and Weather Cover.
